Procedure is a text that explains how to make or do something through orderly steps. The examples of procedure text are manual, recipe, tutorials, and so on.
Language Features

How To “Burn” a Music Disc
Listening to music is almost everybody’s hobby. Despite the existence of MP3 players, there are still many people who choose audio CDs. Let’s see how to make it.
First, open a disc burner program, such as Nero Express.
Second, insert a CD into the PC’s CD drive.
Third, choose “Audio disc” and choose some music that you want to put in the disc.
Next, choose “Burn” and wait until the disc writing finish. It may take 5 - 30 minutes.
Finally, it is ready to play on disc player or as a gift to someone.

Hot Teriyaki Beef Sandwich
Ingredients
2 slices of bread
Corned beef
Teriyaki sauce
Margarine
Mustard
Salt
Directions
- Put margarine into a heated frying pan.
- Fry the corned beef, add bit of salt. You can add chili powder if you like spicy. Add two tablespoons of teriyaki sauce. Fry for about 2 minutes until dark brown. Put the corned beef on a bowl.
- Add margarine on the frying pan again. Toast the breads and mustard for a while.
- Place the corned beef and mustard on a slice of bread, add a teaspoon of teriyaki sauce, then cover with other slice of bread. Ready for breakfast!
